Kaunas also can be easily reached from Warsaw (Poland) and Ryga (Latvia).
From Warsaw Chopin Airport you need to take a Lux express bus (Warsaw Central Station) to Kaunas Coach Station (from 17 Eur one way) that goes 3 times per day.
From Ryga Airport you have more options to reach Kaunas by bus. You can take the same Lux express bus (Riga Coach Station) or take Eurolines bus (directly from Ryga airport/Rygos oro uostas) that goes few times per day to Kaunas Coach Station.
